CFB-609B is a highly integrated module that supports NB IoT standard communication. NB IoT supports the full frequency range of 698-2180MHz and Band 1, 3, 5, 8, and 20. Supports E-SIM function. It is mainly used for low-power data transmission services and complies with NB IoT
Radio communication protocol (3GPP Release-13/14/15) standard.
The CFB-609B module can be connected to numerous terminal devices, embedded with data transmission protocols such as TCP/UDP/CoAP/MQTT/DTLS/DTLS+, and supports 3GPP Rel13/14/15 and extended AT commands. Support base station positioning. It can almost meet the application needs of all IoT applications. For example, intelligent measurement, shared bicycles, intelligent parking, smart cities, security, asset tracking, smart appliances, agriculture and environmental monitoring, etc.
CFB-609B supports secondary development and has 19 GPIOs, which can support SPIx1, UARTx3, I2Cx2, ADCx2, and PWMx1 standard interfaces.
